CDX currently has two primary forms of distribution: Full-Service and Digital Only.

Full-Service Distribution (Mainstream Country and Positive Country Only)
This is the best option for distributing your single with the most benefits. While most stations do well with receiving new music via digital means, some still prefer to get a hard copy CD to listen to. With this option, we will distribute your single out to radio through digital and hard copy delivery. Your track is delivered out to radio via 3 e-blasts that can be scheduled whenever you would like, as long as we are given a 2 business day notice beforehand.
In addition to the digital delivery, your single will also be a part of one of our CDX Volumes, a compilation CD filled with songs from major hit artists and up and coming indies. This CD is sent out to every station that plays the format. A final compilation blast will go out on the day that the volume ships.
As with the Digital Only service, your Full-Service Distribution package grants you a free 30 day trial into our monitoring system, TRACtion, which will allow you to see which stations are playing your newly distributed single. This can be started anytime after payment has been made on your order. Just send us a request!
Lastly, a major benefit to Full-Service distribution is the opportunity to visit CDX Nashville’s office and studio for a CDX Listening Party, where we film you acoustically performing your current single and other songs you’d like to promote in the future. You will also record generic radio liners that will be sent out to stations as well.
Like the Digital Only Service, the pricing on this distribution varies depending on the format chosen. Currently, it is only available for both Mainstream Country and Positive Country formats. To set up your distribution, we will require all steps to be completed. This includes filling out the submission forms, uploading the music file, either in a WAV or MP3 format, and artwork for the music, preferably a high quality squared shaped image in a JPG or PNG format, and payment.

Digital Only Distribution
A great option to get your music out to radio! Most stations have adopted to receiving music through the internet via digital e-blasts. We can distribute your music through this method. You have the option to service either a single track or a full album out to radio. Your music is delivered out to radio via 3 e-blasts that can be scheduled whenever you would like as long as we are given sufficient notice beforehand (2 business days between submission date and desired distribution date for singles; 5 business days between submission date and desired distribution date for albums).
An additional benefit that is included with this service is a free 30 day trial into our monitoring system, TRACtion, which will allow you to see which stations are playing your newly distributed single or album.
